1. Returns for a Refund
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a full refund to the original payment method.
Condition: The item must be in its original condition: unused, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any protective films intact.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt, packing slip, or order confirmation email is required.
2. Exchanges
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange.
Reason for Exchange: We gladly accept exchanges for a different color, model, or size of the same product, or for a different product entirely.
Condition: The item must be in its original condition with all packaging and accessories.
Price Differences: If the new item costs more, you will pay the difference. If it costs less, you will receive a refund for the difference.
3. Special Conditions for Opened Electronics
To provide the best prices, many of our electronics include bundled software licenses, activation fees, or are subject to manufacturer serial number tracking.
Restocking Fee: Once the original packaging of an electronic item (e.g., laptops, tablets, smartphones, gaming consoles, headphones) is opened, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount if you choose to return it.
No Fee for Exchanges: The 15% restocking fee is waived if you are exchanging your opened item for a different product of equal or greater value.
4. Extended Holiday Return Period
We want your gift-giving to be stress-free. All purchases made between November 1st and December 24th qualify for an extended return and exchange period, valid until January 31st of the following year. Standard condition policies apply.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For the health and safety of all customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Software, digital downloads, and video games once the seal is broken.
Opened media such as CDs, DVDs, and Blu-Ray discs.
Personal wellness devices that make contact with the body (e.g., electric toothbrush heads, specialized massage attachments).

6. Same-Day Delivery
