1. Returns for a Refund

• Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a full refund to the original payment method.

• Condition: The item must be in its original condition: unused, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any protective films intact.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt, packing slip, or order confirmation email is required.

2. Exchanges

• Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange.

• Reason for Exchange: We gladly accept exchanges for a different color, model, or size of the same product, or for a different product entirely.

• Condition: The item must be in its original condition with all packaging and accessories.

• Price Differences: If the new item costs more, you will pay the difference. If it costs less, you will receive a refund for the difference.

3. Special Conditions for Opened Electronics

To provide the best prices, many of our electronics include bundled software licenses, activation fees, or are subject to manufacturer serial number tracking.

• Restocking Fee: Once the original packaging of an electronic item (e.g., laptops, tablets, smartphones, gaming consoles, headphones) is opened, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount if you choose to return it.

• No Fee for Exchanges: The 15% restocking fee is waived if you are exchanging your opened item for a different product of equal or greater value.

4. Extended Holiday Return Period

We want your gift-giving to be stress-free. All purchases made between November 1st and December 24th qualify for an extended return and exchange period, valid until January 31st of the following year. Standard condition policies apply.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For the health and safety of all customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Software, digital downloads, and video games once the seal is broken.

• Opened media such as CDs, DVDs, and Blu-Ray discs.

• Personal wellness devices that make contact with the body (e.g., electric toothbrush heads, specialized massage attachments).

• Clearance items or products marked as "Final Sale."

• Gift cards and digital subscription cards.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

Your satisfaction is our priority.

7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Online Purchases:

1. Log in to your Vices Versus account and go to "Order History."

2. Select the item(s) you wish to return/exchange and follow the prompts.

3. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print the label and securely package the product.

4. Drop the package off at the designated shipping carrier.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount.

8. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow:

• 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.

• 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. The following business day will be the first day of order processing.

• Standard Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time, Monday-Friday) are processed and handed off to our shipping carrier on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

• Holiday & Peak Periods: During high-volume seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday), processing times may be extended by 1-2 business days. We will communicate any significant delays proactively.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)

We partner with major carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to offer reliable service to all 50 states.

Note: "Business Days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Vices Versu.

3. International Shipping

Vices Versu ships to over 50 countries. International orders are subject to the following:

• Shipping Times: Vary significantly by destination (typically 7-15 business days).

• Costs: Calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and destination.

• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: The recipient is solely responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country's customs agency. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost, and Vices Versu has no control over them. You will be contacted by the shipping carrier or customs authority to pay these fees before your package can be released.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing:

• Your tracking number.

• A direct link to the carrier’s tracking page.

• The estimated delivery date.

You can also track your order at any time by logging into your Vices Versu account.

5. Shipping Damages & Lost Packages

While we pack all items with great care, issues can occur in transit.

• Damaged Shipment: If your package arrives with visible damage, please refuse the delivery or contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. Take photos of the box and the damaged product to assist us in filing a claim and sending a replacement.

• Lost/Missing Shipment: If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 3 business days or the estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue for you.

6. Same-Day Delivery

• Availability: This service is offered in partnership with local couriers (e.g., DoorDash, Uber) in select metropolitan areas.

• Timeframe: You will see the option at checkout if you are in a service zone. Delivery is typically completed within a few hours if the order is placed before the daily cut-off time.

• Eligibility: Some large or high-value items may not be eligible for same-day delivery.
